"I believe the reason why I can't say this school is great or amazing. Is because it lacks overall school spirit! I feel like the only event that people will go to our those late night football games. But we should be involved in and show up to all different type of sports, school events, and plays. Because a lot of people work hard on making a successful event for everyone but when no shows up it's a very disappointing feeling."

"There's no functioning A/C or heating, here's asbestos in the ceiling, there's cockroaches in the basement, people smoke in the stairwells, they serve spoiled milk in the cafeteria, the classes are a joke (we only just got a computer science class this year; There aren't enough students signed up for Latin IV next year, so we'll be mixed in with the Latin III class and have to take it AGAIN; They refused to consider our request for an AP Latin class because "You kids don't know anything!"), there's racism, homophobia... the list goes on."

"The Honors classes are almost exactly the same as the C1 classes, only the C1 classes offer far less for your GPA. If you're considering taking a C1 class, do yourself a favor and take the Honors version. Either way, these courses are far too easy. Teachers give you busywork, make you read books just because it was in the syllabus, and don't analyze these books further than "what was the moral of the story?" The AP courses are finally a place where good students who don't just want to do busywork can solve challenging problems, debate with a teacher who respects the opinions of the students, write essays that are above a 5th grade level (unlike the honors classes), have your artwork critiqued seriously, etc. Take an AP course."

"I would say, that most if not all of the teachers at this school genuinely care about their students and how effective each lesson is. The best thing is that they can turn a seminar type lesson into something everyone can contribute to and get really involved in."

"Teachers often have a hard time controlling the class, especially if it's full of students who don't care about the class. A lot of the teachers are lazy and give the students busywork. Some teachers have completely given up trying (I've seen teachers just sit there on their phone instead of teaching, spend the class planning their wedding, not show up, leave halfway through the class to make tea for a student, and even show up half an hour late eating a sausage). But the AP teachers actually care about what they're teaching because these are college courses, and the graphic design teacher is the absolute best teacher I've ever had."
