"It's amazing that the Spingarn S.T.A.Y. program is still in effect. I went there and graduated from S.T.A.Y. in 1978. That was 34 years ago. I went there so my sister wouldn't have to go home at night by herself and she wound up dropping out after a couple of months. I'm glad I stayed and finished my combined 11th and 12th grade courses in 1 year and graduated at 16 years old. Yes 1 year earlier AND I got my drivers license through Spingarn S.T.A.Y. I'm glad it"s still going strong although it's been hard to get a transcript copy these days."
