"Teachers are hard working and always available to help. The key here is to get students to do their part not put it all on the teachers. Students need to be responsible at this age for the actions and education."

"Parent involvment is key to creating a great school, as well as student participation. We have been in the process of redeveloping curriculum and making great strides and changes in our school, but teachers are only 1 part, we need community (including students) support. We are well on our way to being a 5 star school but not without this support."

"The main thing wrong with this school is its algebra class. in the previous years, over 90% of us passed the test. last year, only 10 people did! what happened?"

"Math is the only leveled class. Opportunity to get high school algebra credit if you get on advanced math track. Also have opportunity to get high school credit for Spanish if you pass challenge test. There are 4 band classes, but they are not truly leveled. Extracurricular activities such as Geography Bee and Science Olympiad are challenging as well as fun."
