"The education was pretty good and if you wanted to learn you could. Food wasn't great. Supposed to get better since new superintendent. Overall boring for me personally but most of my classmates would laugh and make fun of me for being different -- I'm not country; I'm more punk. Worst four years of my life -- I was more than happy to graduate and leave everyone behind."

"Lampasas High school is great when you're around the right people. If you play sports the coaches may be strict but they're really chill. Sometimes they're motivational and push us as to the limit. The same goes with just about everything else. To be honest though the teachers are the ones to really push students so we can get high school over with."

"Lampasas High School is a beautiful facility with outstanding administrators. I feel extremely safe with our school police officer on campus and I have not witnessed otherwise while attending this school. I would prefer a more diverse school personally, but all of the teachers and students are friendly. I enjoy the small town community feel of knowing everyone and growing up with the same people my entire life. The classes that are offered at Lampasas High School make me feel prepared for college and my future independence. Most sports at LHS don't excel, but our band, cheerleaders, and some UIL academics represent our school very well. I'm proud to be a Lampasas Badger and I feel blessed to have grown up in the LISD school district."

"I loved how involved the teachers get and the great student:teacher ratio. I would like to see the school get more extra curricular activities."

"I loved Lampasas High School, because of the memories I have acquired with my friends. Their dance classes are very exciting and the teacher will spend from 7:30 to 6:00 to help a student be successful. All the staff are kind and helpful. My science teachers especially made the greatest impact on my knowledge of the world around us. One thing I would like to change is their is not enough school spirit for other teams besides football. Another thing is find enough money to have an auditorium for our theater, band, and dance classes."
