"Our first child is currently enrolled in the Lower school. We absolutely have had an incredible experience there in both Pre-K and Kindergarten. We are in a top rated school district, Chadds Ford, but we were searching for more arts, culture and most importantly, diversity. We love the fact that there are so many cultures represented in the classes. We also love the quaker values and emphasis on individualism. The one negative is that we would never send our children to boarding school- especially when the school is only a few miles away. We don't agree with the mandatory boarding junior and senior year. We're hoping that by the time this roles around, Westtown will have realized that they should be offering a day school option for these grades. I have to say- the teachers are excellent."

"Our children have experienced Lower and Middle Schools. Westtown offers an incredible learning environment with equal emphasis on traditional subjects and character development, which is why we chose Westtown. The curriculum is challenging, diverse and, most importantly, interesting. The kids love to get to school in the morning and want to stay in the afternoon - the indicator of happy learners, happy children. Westtown offers a diverse community for our whole family; where others talk 'community', Westtown lives it. We could not have chosen a better school for our kids."

"Our experience includes both graduates and currently enrolled children. Academics are more challenging than public or parochial schools, with emphasis on liberal arts, the individual and self-esteem. Classroom size is small and encourages child participation. The student body is made up of from local families as well as gifted children from around the globe. The sports program provides all students the ability to participate in organized sports, with its multi-level programs. The college entry program is one of the strongest virtues of this school, having incredible connections with the leading schools across the nation and assisting each student through the application process. Discipline is compasionate but firm. From our experience to-date, we believe this school provides a true value that each child may rely on for the rest of their lives."

"I attended Westtown for my junior and senior years after 2 years at a top public school. The experience was night and day. The classes were challenging and highly engaging. the teachers loved their subject matter and were passionate about the learning process. It transformed me from a smart underachiever to a successful student and adult. I highly recommend it."

"We love the environment and the challenging education. The teachers encourage free thinking and all of the students feel confident being an individual. My daughter feels that her teachers and all of the students are her extended family."
