"The school itself is wonderful. Grades 9 through 12 are generally all very close and caring for each other. In, mostly 7th and 8th, the kids are "cliquey". When the children end up growing out of that phase everyone's just nice with each other. The teachers try to teach as best as they can, not to say that their aren't a few that fall through the cracks, but for the most part they teach well and make sure the students stay focused. I saw that there was a previous post about how the principle isn't involved and what-not, I agree Mr. Visbal wasn't a good principle, but this year we have gotten a new principle, Mr. Cirone and he is wonderful. He is involved with absolutely everything, he knows every student by name and he's very easy to get along with and tries to suit the needs of the students as best he can."

"This school is bad. i hate it and it is way too small. out of the 10 teachers i have, i like ONE. the academics is bad and they give no good oppurtunitys to those who excell. it is WAY to small for the people that go there and i am hopeing to go somehwere else. way to cliquey and not very good. the teachers are rude and have NO RESPECt."

"This school needs some improvements made, 1st a principal that cares what is going on in the building instead of just sitting in his office. Next if you make a dress code it should be abided by not just put on paper. Last, maybe they should take notes from the grade school and work on the character in the building. This year is Mr. Visbal's last year, maybe we get a principal that cares about the school and not the money."

"Horrible, detestable service in NUMEROUS programs the school offers. For example, the summer school of year 2010, offered NO transportation and the school could no longer afford it so the summer school was in other far off towns...again the school offered NO TRANSPORTATION. Also, on several occasions I've attempted to get in contact with the principal in regards to a mistake the school made on my childs credits, and the principal avoided me. I pity the students and staff of this decrepit school system known as BHS."

"School is just OK. Lack of disipline. Very cliquey...Not a lot of academic choices. Teachers are overwhelmed with teaching 7-12 rather than just H.S. students. My child has been exposed to too much too quickly as a 7th grader becaue of the mix of Jr/Sr kids.."
