"BME is a good school for children with learning dissabilities. They offer next to nothing for academicaly talented students. The AT program which pulls students out for a period once a week (IF the AT teacher "has time") does very little to stimulate the kids. State scores shows the decline over the years and many families are pulling children out and forced to pay for private school in order for their children to be stimulated in an environment with disciplined students."

"all 4 of my grandchildren have gone there. The teachers care so much and make the learning fun for the children. My grandson with Aspergers has done very well there."

"Advanced academically compared to local schools. I have personal experience since I have step children / friends that go to other schools. For example our school gives 50% more spelling words weekly. BM also offer personal one on one (out of class) extra help for those children requiring extra help. Furthermore, our principal, Mrs. O'reilly is outstanding. Her methods are hands on and she knows each and every one of the students personally/academically. Since Mrs. O'rielly has come to BM the school has become better all around. My husband and I both went to Ranney School in Tinton Falls, NJ and BM is the next best thing or just as good as a private school such as Ranney School."

"The academic programs at BME are satisfactory. One teacher can be very easy and another very difficult as was the case with my child. The school did a great job of notifying parents about relevant school wide topics, but the teacher to parent contact could have been better in terms of what's expected of the child academically."
