"its horrible and the teachers have no patience at all.the school is run by a bunch of morons. and the alternative school where they should have even more patience, have none at all.the school is for children that have different problems some need smaller classes some need more PATIENCE and they dont have any of that. one teacher kicked a student, nice right.thats where we send our children and they get abused.or sent home for doing small things that can be fixed by the staff.instead they throw them to the side like garbage.i would not recommend this school system to anyone.so what we have alot of things for the kids to get into, like sports and clubs.its all for nothing if the staff is no good.the middle school and alternative school are the worse school we have here.seems like after k-5 it goes down hill. sad but very true!!!! for the teachers they get 0 for no patience and lack of control.principal leadership def. a 0. I DO MY JOB NOW THEY NEED TO DO THEIRS.THESE TEACHERS GET PAID BIG BUCKS FOR WHAT?? TO HAVE NO PATIENCE?NO CONTROL? SHAME ON LB SCHOOLS"

"I attended LB Junior High and Senior High Schools in the 1970's; my three children attended both schools, LB has the best curriculum, sports, students, teachers, staff in Monmouth County. We are the best. My son is a para-professional with the LB Board of Education, he's been at the JFS, Gregory, Lenna Conrow, LB Middle School, LB High School, Audrey Clark, and he loves it. The schools, the kids, his co-workers and the administration."

"ok no school is perfect, and lbms proves that. However, that doesnt mean that us students dont get a good education. A lot of people involved with the school, including parents and students, say that the school is going on a downward spiral and always will be, and then they usually put in something about our bad test scores. But this is how I think of it: The students in our school that are motivated and want to get a good education usually do, and the students who dont care about getting a good education dont recieve the results that the motivated students get."

"I am a student at Long Branch Middle School. I have gone to LBPS for a very long time now. I am in the honors programs and the sports programs and to be perfectly honest I do not find the school to be that great. Im mean dont get me wrong the school has its places it does very well in but its not enough. For example I have heard parents say that they send there children here because of the wrestling team who are division champions for the 5 year in a row. In my opinion I do not belive the great wrestling team is worth risking your childs education on. As many people have heard our test scores have been low for a long time now. Thats not the students fault its the staff's fault. A good teacher should intrige there students so they want to learn. Many-teachers-at-this-school-dont-care-enough-to-make-there-student-want-to-learn-they-are-just-waiting-for-there-next-paycheck. So-if-you-are-thinking-of-putting-your-child-in-LBMS-please-for-the-sake-of-your-child-recansider."

"Teachers are very hands on, all of the staff is trying to make the bet student body possible. Not all students are willing to learn."
