"The school is as good as any other school can be. I believe it is a combination of the students and teachers/administration that makes or breaks a school. I do believe that the School Board needs to make spanish classes for non-spanish speaking students available to students who are not of spanish orgin. I think we are catering to only one culture, and that is not fair."

"The school is very good when it comes to the teachers. They're all experienced and easy to get along with. The school is very clean as well. The administration is pretty bad on the other hand. The principal likes to shove FCAT down the students' throats and even the teachers don't like it."

"My oldest daughter just finished her last year in West Miami, and I think the school was getting worse every year. Most of everybody I spoke to agreed with me. The school should start to consider the staff that it has ,it's principal and vice-principal should reconsider wanting to help the school, or just leave and so maybe the school could have a better chance !!!!!!!!!"
