"this is a wonderful school. hands down. My chid had a new teacher come in this year, Ms. Humphreys and she is EXCELLENT! Everyday my child tells me about the fun they had and the amazing books they read! Way to go 1st grade, and way to go RPES!!"

"I have to give Ridgewood Park 5 stars for devoted and concerned teachers & principal. Ridgewood has an excellent after school tutoring program. The teachers are always available to the children if they need help and to the parents if they feel a need to discuss something. The only thing that I feel they could improve on is access to counselors. The counselors seem to be doing double duty, therefore they are not as in touch with the children as they should be. Keep up the good work, Ridgewood Park!"

"First of all, I love Ridgewood. But I have to say I was surprise to see that the school was not rated as one of the schools with the highest scores. We have teachers with below average education,but with above average experience. What that is saying to me is that we have the capability but not the determination, or the lack of something. I don't know about other parents but I want my kids with a high score, more challenges. Please, this is in no way putting down the school or staff. And as a parent I will do my part. Let bring RW up."
