    "Harper is a neighborhood gem. It is led by a phenomenal new hands-on principal, Sue Kick, and a dedicated faculty that provides a superior public school education. Our children have thrived in the Harper learning environment. It is consistently ranked in the top public K-4 schools in the State. The families in the community are very welcoming and supportive of the school as well. We will be sad when our last child leaves Harper!"
