"There are about 10 teachers that really care about their students and how well they are learning. They will help you out no matter what. Our guidance counselor that we have isn't one of them though. Even though it says they have a 0 tolerance for bullying, the dean of students does nothing about it. If you talk to the right teachers before class they will watch your back and make sure that the classroom is a safe place to learn."

"Woodsville High School is a terrible place to send your children. It's the biggest joke of an "education" you can try to get your child, not to mention the fact that the faculty bully the students. The Dean of students is a perverted old man who feels the need to stare down girl's shirts and at their butts. The principal will leave multiple times a day to go smoke cigarettes and does not do his job correctly either. He wants to get rid of any extra curricular activities in our school. The teachers don't do a good job at teaching and the grading system is terrible. Freshmen get bullied by upperclassmen AND teachers and the staff let it happen. I wouldn't recommend this school to anybody. This is the type of school you'd send your kids to if you hate them and/or don't care about their education and future."

"Woodsville High School provides a friendly, community environment that gets everyone in the town involved. The sports atmosphere was one of my favorite parts of Woodsville High School. Everyone comes together as one and supports their community. Also, the teachers at Woodsville High School are committed to making your experience in high school a good one. Most of the teachers are easy to get along with and set you up to succeed in your future. I also liked the fact that the school is fairly small which gives you the opportunity to learn more and concentrate easier. These are a few of the most important characteristics that I enjoyed at Woodsville High School."

"I moved from a private school in Vermont which had tons of money and diversity. There was over a thousand kids in that school, I moved to Woodsville New Hampshire where there is about 300 kids. There is no money here yet the teachers try to make they classrooms which were built in 1886 as updated as they can, some using their own money to provide supplies not in the budget. Despite this, our classes are challenging, we have clubs, and our sport teams are what carries us through it all. There has been a lot of talk about shutting our school down and it makes my heart sad because Woodsville High school is the reason the town has any unity at all. Go Engineers!"

"Woodsville High school has one of the best support systems that I have ever seen. The amount of fans at a basketball, soccer, or softball game is incredible. We have an amazing community that supports every single one of us."
