"This is my sons first year in this school. I am very impressed with their teachers. They are in first and second grade and overall I am very happy. I am however very unhappy with the principal Dr. Macaluso and feel he lacks people skills. I feel he will not deal with me because of an issue I had in the begining of the year. My children are progressing well and there are little things the school does to keep the children interested. I will happily be sending the children there next year."

"Reaching the principal Dr. Macaluso is IMPOSSIBLE, he defers all inquiries to his teachers, even if they are the ones you are calling about. The prior principal Ms. Digneo was a very involved principal easy to touch base with regarding any concerns."

"So far so good, but we're really reserving judgement until the little one finishes pre-k. We're also planning on getting more involved this year. I will say this, they do keep us informed and up-to-date."

"My children (K and Pre-K) are very happy at this school and I'm very happy with the progress they're making. The teachers are nurturing and truly caring. The principal is involved and caring, as well. It's too bad that budget cuts have affected the school, mainly in aides. The classes are small enough, but the teachers really do need their aides."

"GIbran is a wonderful school with nurturing and dedicated teachers. This small school provides the children with an excellent education as well as opportunities for extracurricular social activities. The involved parents association energizes the school with countless raffles, school dances, field days etc. The school is small which allows the administration to get to know each child. My daughter, now a Pearls student, was very happy at Gibran. She was well prepared for her transition into the Pearls school. Hopefully the school will become a pre-k - 8th grade school. Sending your child to this school in a great neighborhood is a no brainer."
