Seller reviewAaron helped me navigate a difficult time in my life with the sale of this house. Closing a chapter and opening a new one. He was there and took phone calls and visits unrelated to the house. He cared and showed compassion while still working on the sale. He is a good, honest man that cares for everyone he comes in contact with.

We also had a few unexpected turns that he handled admirably. I'm so glad I had Aaron as I was thinking about selling the home myself. Glad I didn't try that.

Buyer reviewAaron Blain stands out as an excellent agent in my eyes for many reasons. Most importantly his ability to connect with us and truly understand our needs as a family. We did not, at any point, feel like we were just another number/customer going through the motions. Aaron made himself available at all hours of the day/evening and even on his own personal vacation. He made sure that our questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. He did not need to be there during our closing process but he was there because he wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed, and that any questions or concerns we may have had were resolved. As a second time buyer I cannot stress how important it is to find someone that will provide you with this level of assistance when purchasing a new home. This process went very smoothly and I have no complaints. I have already begun to recommend Mr. Blain to friends and family.
