She is kind, responsive, helpful and if she says she will do something, she will get it done. She also is pro active and will anticipate your needs and help you realize them. Attention to detail should be Vicki's middle name. She is extremely observant and will point out not only the good but the bad or items needed attention. She is also knowledgeable in new construction which is helpful when you don't know all the newest and greatest techniques and materials. Vicki is so approachable via phone, text and or email.
