CENTURY 21 Asa Cox Homes today announced they have been named the #1 team in the CENTURY 21 System based on units sold in 2018. Under the leadership of broker/owner Asa Cox, the team was honored at the CENTURY 21 One21^® Experience held in Las Vegas, NV last month.

“This is a huge accomplishment for our company, and I’d like to thank my team for all of their hard work and dedication,” said Cox. “This award would not have been possible without our relentless agents and we look forward to continuing this success in 2019.”

Cox has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate and RE/MAX before she opened her own company, Asa Cox Homes, in 1990. She purchased her CENTURY 21 franchise in 2016, and along with her agent team, they have worked hard to become the number one team in the world for units sold, now for the second year in a row.

Through the success of her company, she was able to start Asa’s Angels, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping families in the community that find themselves in need. Her passion for charity work was a driving factor for starting her career in the real estate industry and was a reason why she became involved in USDA’s Rural Housing Service, which provides financing to low-income rural residents to ensure they are able to make rent. CENTURY 21 Asa Cox Homes is currently the only company in Northeastern Ohio involved with the program.
