CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE LLC ADDS 38 NEW FRANCHISE OFFICES TO ITS GLOBAL NETWORK DURING SECOND QUARTER

Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, announced today that it welcomed 38 new independently owned and operated brokerage offices to its franchise network in the United States during the second quarter. In all, 22 new companies joined the CENTURY 21® franchise network from April 1 through June 30, 2007.

As technology and globalization continue to change the world's business landscape, savvy real estate entrepreneurs continue to recognize the value that affiliation with a global real estate leader like Century 21 Real Estate can afford their businesses, said Tom Kunz, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC.

Internationally, the CENTURY 21 System recently celebrated its entrance into the Russian real estate market with office openings in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Principals Nuri Katz, James Quinn, and Robert Courtney established the CENTURY 21 Russia, Kazakhstan and the Ukraine master franchise in late 2006 and have plans to open an additional 45 offices.

Headed by husband and wife team, Nancy Pavic and Jose R. Cordova, CENTURY 21 Casa Real Latino is the largest company, in terms of gross closed income, to join the CENTURY 21 System during the second quarter of 2007. Over the past 14 years, Cordova and Pavic have established themselves and their brokerages as leaders in serving the burgeoning Hispanic home buying and selling population of the greater Paterson and Passaic County, N.J., area.
