Century 21 Real Estate LLC announced today that it honored CENTURY 21
Professionals, located in Irvine, Calif., with the 2008 CENTURY 21 Marsh Fisher
Diversity Award during the CENTURY 21 International Convention held at the
Gaylord Palms Hotel Resort and Convention Center in Orlando earlier this month.
Established in 1999, the CENTURY 21 Marsh Fisher Diversity Award is given
annually to a CENTURY 21 System franchise for its extraordinary commitment to
cultural diversity and improving minority homeownership.

"It is an honor to recognize the extraordinary efforts of CENTURY 21
Professionals for the outstanding commitment that they have made to their
community in support of minority homeownership," said Tom Kunz, president and
chief executive officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. "Commitment like this is

Led by broker/owners Dr. Robert Bauer and his wife Maureen Bauer, CENTURY 21
Professionals works to actively support the National Association of Hispanic
Real Estate Professionals and the Asian Real Estate Association of America. They
encourage sales associates to participate in activities within local and
national groups to assist diverse homeowners in attaining the American dream of
homeownership.
