CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE WELCOMES RESULTS REALTY SERVICES IN GEORGIA
Forsyth County Real Estate Service Provider Joins ‘Most Recognized Brand’ in Real Estate

Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, announced the expansion of its system in Georgia. Results Realty Services has joined the CENTURY 21® System, and is now doing business as CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services. CENTURY 21 has maintained its industry leadership position in brand awareness for the 11th consecutive year. In a study conducted by Millward Brown, a leading global market research organization, the CENTURY 21 brand achieved 95 percent name recognition, the highest consumer awareness level when compared to other real estate brands.
Results Realty Services is ranked No. 1 in Forsyth County and No. 8 in all of North Atlanta for office production of dollar volume sold, according to the local multiple listing service. Results Realty Services opened its doors in April 1998 by mother and son team, Sarah and Terry Swanson, and despite challenging market conditions in 2011, the firm had its best year.
