Century 21 Real Estate LLC, franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21^® brand, today announced that its largest franchisee in the state of New Jersey--CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty--has renewed its franchise agreement. With this renewal, seven CENTURY 21^® Action Plus Realty offices and more than 280 affiliated agents will continue to be brand ambassadors and real estate leaders in communities throughout central New Jersey and the Jersey Shore.
