Hello! I'm Ally, your Realtor, your Realtor Ally! I'm here to be your ally as you sell, buy, lease or invest in residential and commercial property. My mission as a Realtor is to help my clients build wealth through real estate transactions so that they can live abundantly and give generously. I became a Realtor because I'm passionate about helping others achieve this financial freedom. As you know, real estate is the best way to build wealth. I bring with me over 10 years of contract drafting, interpretation and negotiating experience as a transactional lawyer (specializing in corporate, banking and securities law) in Seoul, Korea, Hong Kong and Dallas; over 10 years of experience and understanding of the local school districts as tutor and college consultant (I'll get you into USC without the jailtime! LOL); and over 25 years of living and watching growth in the DFW Metroplex. The common thread running through my three careers in law, education/consulting, and real estate is advising. Our situation was unique and she took into mind our requests and always provided her perspective in a professional manner which helped us tons. The thing that my wife and I really appreciated was Allison's attention to detail of the physical property as well as the contract obligations. Her followthrough and communication never wavered. She is a highly intelligent person which is seen through her calculated actions, advice and never through her ego. The woman is smart-smart! Although I am handy, she has a much quicker eye to spot areas of attention in the properties we saw. When it came to the contract and inspection, she carefully packaged our negotiations and offer to get us into our home. We are greatly appreciative of her as an agent and an overall nice person to be around.
