Was recommended from a coworker and I am extremely glad that I listened. Amy is beyond helpful throughout the entire process. She worked around my work schedule which isn't the easiest to do. When she was planning out the route for open houses she asked if I had other things I needed to do and planned the route to best help me out. It was that thoughtfulness that blew me away. She was extremely receptive to comments I made about listings she sent me. The speed at which she was able to find me the home I wanted was amazing. I was buying my first home so everything was new to me, but Amy was always there to answer any questions I had and absolutely made the entire process painless. She is aggressive and researched the neighborhood and general housing market, the information was presented in a knowledgeable and professional manner during her first meeting with us. She carefully listened to our requirements to guide us on our sales plan (including multimedia) and asking price for our home. She suggested some simple, easy ideas to make our home more appealing to the sales market.The photographer was excellent and took photos from different angles to make our home and property "stand out and shine" on a video and on-line. The first day our home was on the sales market we accepted one of four offers presented to us. Amy walked us through every step of sale, escrow and closing of our home. She was always quick to respond to our questions and immediately notified us of any changes or missed paperwork. She was in touch regularly with the realtor for our buyers in order to make a smooth transition. Amy has a positive attitude and exudes a genuine warmth making her clients feel comfortable and confident. We were so happy when escrow closed and we signed the last of the paperwork but also a little sad knowing our work with Amy was at an end.
