Barbara Kozlowski of CENTURY 21 Action Plus Realty

This is my first house I have sold and we thought Barbara Kozlowski did an extremely terrific job considering that I live in Florida and she sold my house in NJ, I retired and moved to Florida and let my son live in my house for 2 years when he moved out I called Barbara whom was recommended to me by a friend and asked her to list my house for me and basically she did everything that I was suppose to do. She called to have the well water inspected, the septic inspected, make sure my smoke detectors were all working and put in new ones the list goes on and on of the things she went out of her way to help me all through phone calls and e-mails. We think Barbara went well above the standards of a realtor, I would recommend Barbara to anyone who is looking to list their house, she does it right !!!! As I said before Barbara Kozlowski went way above the expectations that I had, I never sold a house before and never knew how much goes into selling a home, she walked me through everything and anything I didn't know or couldn't do she had it done for me, from getting all my inspections done to having new smoke detectors installed and being at my house when anyone showed up to fix or repair something (since I live in Florida) she would call me or e-mail me every step of the way. I can't thank Barbara enough for all the calmness she gave to me under the stress of negotiations with the buyers (never sold anything this expensive) If I ever sell another house I will use her again!!!

She kept us in the loop all the time so we would know what was going on with the sale, She gave us a list of lawyers who were in the area because we did not have one.
