I have worked with other real estate agents in the past and BY FAR Bert was the best. A class act and a true professional and overall great gentleman. Seller reviewI was impressed with the research that Bert Morrison did before our initial meeting. He looked over the property, and gave me an estimate of the possible sale price that was actually considerably higher than my own estimate - even considering a lot of the shortcomings of the property. Other than that, he seemed very personable, and I felt confident having him represent the property to potential buyers. We got a good, cash offer on the first day, and Bert was on top of it through the whole process. There were a couple of glitches and holdups that made me a bit nervous, but Bert was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Knowing that he was taking care of things helped to reduce my anxiety, and I appreciate that. In the end, everything went pretty much the way he said it would, so kudos to Bert! He's a nice guy who does what he says he's going to do. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
