Please let me introduce myself, I am Beverly Carter, a full time, professional Realtor! I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and serve as a Director on the Stillwater Board of Realtors. I have lived in or near Stillwater my whole life. It is a wonderful community to enjoy my grandkids and OSU activities! Real-estate is truly my passion, I love helping buyers and sellers make the biggest purchase of their lives as fun and stress-free as possible.
As a Realtor specializing in residential properties, I have always brought abundant energy, creativity, dedication, experience and personal knowledge to my work. You can be assured I will stay on top of all the details of the deal to provide a smooth and easy transaction.
I feel part of my job is to educate my clients and give them a true understanding of their home purchase or home sale. I received my real estate license in 1983 and joined Century 21 in 2003. I could not have found a better company to make my home. I work with some of the best agents in town. And I am truly humbled by the recognition I have received from Century 21 as the top producer in our office, a top 10 producer in our region, and recognition for distinguished quality service. I was inducted into the Dick Loughlin Hall of Fame 2012. But honestly, my very favorite recognition is from the people alongside whom I get to walk through one of the most exciting (and sometimes scary) decisions of their lifetimes.

When it came time for us to sell a dozen years later, we knew her expertise was what we needed to guide us through the process. Nobody knows Stillwater better than Beverly! We listed the house during the Coronavirus pandemic when businesses were adjusting to all the new contactless ways of proceeding. Beverly kept us informed every step of the way. Showing houses and closing when Covid was new was surely challenging, but Beverly handled it all like a champ and made it all go super smoothly.
