He was never pushy, and always took the time that we needed. This was the easiest experience we have had in buying a house!

Brad Smith answered our call and immediately answered all our questions and starting helping us with our special needs staying well after the office was closed to accommodate us. I have bought several homes over the course of my life, and have never had a Relator that was as helpful and truly Intune, and caring about our needs as a buyers. I'm not a person that usually answers any survey, but was happy to answer this one because of the great service we received from Brad.
