Seller reviewBrad Smith was very patient in my buying a short sale property for me this was a long and tedious process. Brad stayed on top of the other parties involved to make the deal come together. Then after the short sale finally closed (3 months later this was a enduring tedious process) Brad listed my property for sale. Brad Smith held open houses and fielded multiple offers explained the difference to me about the difficulties of the buyers financing so I could make a informed decision on which offer to accept in my time frame to close.
