Seller reviewBrad was the only realtor we hired that communicated progress on a regular basis and took time to educate us on the realities of the market for lake lots. My mom lost a significant amount compared to what they paid for the lot, but Brad gave good explanation for the market conditions and guided us through the process for a sale. He also found resources for guidance to fix the original deed that was not filed properly when parents purchased the lot. I believe he also learned some things he hadn't come across before. We appreciate his patience and guidance.
