What an when you need to do things like your financing, visits to the property before closing, setting up utilities and etc. Having a agent like Carla that knows the area and resources was great. If you want an agent that will help you through the home buying process I would recommend Carla Schlingman.

Buyer reviewCarla was always very knowledgeable about areas and houses and was looking out for our best interest. Always friendly and down to earth. Doing what we needed from so far away so FaceTime calls and 3 way calls etc. from beginning to end resulted in searching properties to a house bought/sold turning into a forever home! :) Carla was very honest and thorough during the house hunting and buying process. Even though she had never worked with our lender before she had good communication with them too and was even more professional and persistent on getting things rolling in a timely manner and would prompt the lender for information etc. We really appreciated her expertise and getting everything set up for inspections etc and made sure it was all done and kept us informed the whole way even though we were almost 4,000 miles away. She was literally our eyes, ears and legs during the process. We would not have found the perfect house for us without her help!!!
