Seller reviewCarla Schlingman was great! We tried to sell our home at not the greatest time of year and my husband and I were driving back in forth for work hour + drive each way and so she was great at giving us enough time to clean prior to a showing. She was always so understanding when we had issues with our first buyer backing out and just listened when we were frustrated. Anytime we had a question she knew what she was talking about and knows the ins and outs of this industry. If she had to get back to us about anything it was a quick response. If Carla was unavailable her office seemed always eager to help and went out of their way to make sure everything got signed and sent.
