When experience is important, you will want to give me a call for all of your real estate needs. As a realtor for over 20 years, my experience has varied from single residence homes to large pieces of land and everything in between.
As a resident raised on a 200 acre farm in Texas, I know what it takes to operate ranches and farms. In addition, I've lived on the lake and am now living in the city. My personal experiences allow me to combine and understand any needs that you may have from farm or ranch living, to lake living, to living in the city.
I have a Bachelor's degree from Northeast Louisiana State University located in Monroe, Louisiana, now Louisiana State University. I also attended Navarro College located in Corsicana prior to attending college in Louisiana. Luckily, I returned to Texas as soon as I graduated college, and have lived in and around the area since.
With a passion to help people to find their next homes, whether a dream home or investment property, I dedicate myself to my clients. For all of my clients that want to buy or sell real estate, I strive to be the best I can for them every day. I work for the clients that are buyers to find the perfect property for their needs, and within their budget, timeframe and capabilities; and for the clients that are the sellers, to get the best price for their property in a timely manner. I work to make each transaction as smooth as possible.
That I strive to work well with everyone, no matter the price or size of the property and that I treat everyone with deserved respect and patience, allows me to continue to be the best realtor that I can be for my clients. As a straight-forward and honest person, I will always tell you the truth for your benefit and to avoid unreal expectations. I truly believe that each person deserves to be treated the best way possible and I am committed to doing just that.
