My husband had cultural needs that are different from traditional Americans and she never made him feel ridiculous about it. She paid attention to it and was hyper respectful. Buyer reviewCassandra Miller is a really good agent. She is very knowledgeable of the local area. She is very good with people. She had a few imperfections come up during the process, but this made her human which is very important. Especially to me, I don't want to work with robots. Her personal touch is awesome and most excellent during the home search and home buying process. Especially since I could not be on site for it. We felt like she had our best interests at heart and gave 110% to every stage of the process. I cannot fault Cassandra's character in her dealings with us. She was clear, respectful, listened well to our needs, was thoughtful and attentive, always polite, honest and upfront. If there was something she didn't know, she would tell us and do whatever she needed to find out the answer promptly. We were very happy with Cassandra as our agent. The negotiations with the seller were at times difficult. The other party was poor at communicating and even obstructive but Cassandra always kept her cool & represented us with honour. She was rational, well researched and respectful but also resolute in her representation of our family during negotiations. We were very impressed! I will be highly recommending her services to friends and family.
