She kept in touch the entire time, kept us updated when there were communications with the builder, and really worked to make sure we had a pleasant experience! Things were weird with closing due to COVID-19 but she was so supportive and made sure to let us know how happy she was for us! I actually felt like she more like a friend through this than a real-estate agent!
