Seller reviewCeil Adkins is an excellent and exemplary real estate agent. She initially sold the house at 15 Van for almost the full asking price, cash offer. We stupidly declined because the furniture was also to be included, and we were overwhelmed by that. Ceil continued to work hard and secured us a buyer at a less but more accurate price and we actually think she is one of the finest and appreciate all her hard work.

Four years later, Ceil assisted me on an unrelated real estate matter that had no chance of generating revenue for Ceil. Ceil helped me out with an extremely important matter simply because Ceil wanted to help. That type of concern and support can't be taught or bought. Either it's part of your soul, or you don't have it. Ceil has it like very few others.
