Christine was professional, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. She truly excelled at all aspects of this work and we could not recommend her high enough to anyone looking! Seller reviewChristine immediately had good ideas about marketing the property. She was professional and focused. She was able to provide comps even though the property was a unique situation. Those comps helped us to determine a target price which we attained. She understood quickly how not to waste my time with ridiculous feedback and baseless, insulting informal offers. Time is important to me and she certainly respected mine. She exceeded my expectations. Christine was often available by text or even phone late in the evening which really helped me because I work long hours. She was available on weekends. She always returns calls, texts and emails. Christine is very smart. She understands the responsibilities of her job very well but she exceeds them - which makes her stand apart from the rest. If I mentioned that I needed to check on something, she would remind me of it later. She has an excellent skill in figuring out what could go wrong and mitigating the risk of it happening. Since I am the same way and it is critical for my own work, I so appreciated that trait in her. In the weeks prior to the closing, Christine communicated very well among all the parties. She made suggestions that were incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to contact parties that were unreachable even driving to their offices when necessary. This was my first time selling a home and I learned that an accomplished RE agent is more valuable than the attorney who handles the closing.
