Seller reviewColin was very willing to work with me and the other party selling part of the property; this was an unusual situation and a long, drawn out case (due to outside circumstances, not anything within Colin's control) and he handled it great and kept me updated. I would happily work with him again. I felt he was very straightforward and knowledgeable. As this was an estate sale and it was being sold in conjunction with another property, I wasn't sure how the sale was going to work, but he was able to explain things well and worked with me on the options for selling.

He met with the utility and gas companies along with the alarm company for the property we were selling. He is an excellent Realtor . Yes, we would recommend him.
