Seller reviewCourtney went above and beyond to sell our home. She held many open houses, made multiple videos and picture shoots, refreshed the listing every week, followed up with all potential buyers and realtors, and kept us updated on monthly hits on our home via the web. She guided us through the process of listing, updating, and making changes (like paint) to make the property more attractive. Once we received an offer she negotiated with the other realtor to obtain the sales price and contract we needed to buy our new home. We got exactly what we asked for. Best experience ever with a sale of our home and purchase of another. I would recommend Courtney to everyone I know(including my mom).

She stays on it until it is done, and done to everyone's satisfaction. This particular sale had many different obstacles, and some of them were of my husband and my making ?. But Courtney hung in there with us and got it all done. It is a pleasure to watch how she connects with venders, other agents, and clients - often turning out to be lifelong friends. She is simply spectacular at what she does. The very best of the best!

Seller reviewAmazing communication and help through all the hoops while being thousands of miles away, we couldn't have done it without Courtney! Her service was top tier. The home sold relatively quickly and we got a bit more than we were initially expecting. She also helped out organizing all the inspections and repairs for us. I barely lifted a finger, and before I knew it we were closing. She even went the extra mile and helped us out with returning the internet equipment. I couldn't ask for a better realtor.
