My name is Dane Chadwick, and believe it or not, I started selling real estate in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley in 1988. I have helped many families find their next home and or sell their current home over these past 27 years, and I still enjoy helping clients acquire and sell properties in Simi Valley and Moorpark, as well as the entire surrounding area of Ventura County and Los Angeles County. As a REALTOR, I specialize in representing the sellers of residential real estate. Whether my clients are typical families moving up, downsizing, investors, or probate situations, my concierge level of customer service combined with strategic marketing and exposure - gets my listings sold in the time you want for the price your want. The look on the faces of first time home buyers when they walk into the property that they instinctively know is "the one" is priceless to me. By the same token - representing buyers that are savvy and experienced in investing in real estate in the San Fernando or Conejo valleys is also fulfilling. It is one of the reasons I have continued to sell real estate for so long. I am a proud member of the Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS,the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.
