To include being very professional with attention to detail on the contracts, specs of home, and ability to get me the owner prepared for possible inspection issues or HOA violations. Seller reviewWe had worked with Dave Coffman on a couple of other issues not directly related to selling our house and really appreciated the help and advice that he provided. We felt that using Dave as our broker would be a win win for us in the long run and we weren't disappointed at all! So we hired Dave as our broker. He listened to what we wanted and needed from the sale of our house, he in turn then provided valuable feedback on what we would need to do to make it happen. By us working as a team, our house was only on the market for 14 days before we had a solid offer on it!! If you are looking for someone who knows what he is doing and you are willing listen to the knowledge he has to share, you can't go wrong with working and hiring Dave Coffman.

He introduced himself, told me what he could do for me and began by asking very specific questions about what I was looking for in terms of the areas, houses and amenities that I was interested in having. He is knowledgeable and doesn't mind answering your questions, no matter how many you have. He explains everything clearly so that you have a good understanding. He is an awesome resource to have. I'm glad he was a part of the process, he made what could have been a stressful situation, pleasurable.
