Debbie i s not only my real estate broker but a good friend. Over the years I have seen Debbie deal with other clients and several years ago used her when we sold our parent's home. Century 21had recently just sold a home in our neighborhood and I had met Debbie when the house was on a Christmas tour in Carver many years ago. We figured that she would be knowledgeable about the area & in helping us sell our home. We thought we would have a hard time selling it in December but we were fortunate that we were the only home that size on the market and there was a family that was looking. Debbie was able to quickly get with us and post the house on the market and give us a fair price for posting it. I am sorry that we didn't get to know Debbie longer because we got the offer within five days of posting it on MLS. Within two months, the house sold and we were gone and into our new home.
