With 16 years of real estate experience and being the spouse of a retired Air Force member ... I get it! I have worked almost exclusively with our military here at Ellsworth Air Force Base as well as other military across the nation. Working at CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty, I have achieved the highest recognition with several Centurion awards as well as several other awards throughout my career. I grew up in the Black Hills and I love it here! I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the South Dakota Association of Realtors, and the Black Hills Association of Realtors. My personal interests include my church, being a grandmother to three wonderful grandsons, being a mother to two awesome children, as well as being blessed with 35 years of marriage to one special man! Seller reviewDeb was awesome. I called her a few months ago when I knew I'd be moving soon and she gave us some recommendations on how to get the most for our house. From that point it was a waiting game to see when we'd be moving to put the house on the market. When I found out I'd be moving in 6 months, Deb said call her in 4 to put the house up for sale. A few weeks later, my employer decided that 6 months would get shortened to a month so immediately called Deb. She showed my house the next day and we got an offer. I know a lot of that comes from good timing, but I still have to give credit to Deb. Because she's such a lovely person (and realtor) she makes connections with people and is a client magnet! Deb also knew I'd be stressed with moving so she did everything she could to make things easier for me. My back door even broke the night before I had to leave and Deb scheduled everything to get it fixed. She was even willing to pay that bill for me and let me pay her back by mailing her a check. Deb is a wonderful person who cares about everyone and will work for you to get your home sold or to help you find your perfect home!

Buyer reviewWe contacted Debbie to purchase a retirement home in Rapid City. We live in California, so time and distance was a consideration. She set up virtual showings for us so we could have a good idea of what we wanted. When we travelled to Rapid City, she booked back-to-back showings so we could actually walk the properties. We picked our home we wanted and Debbie guided us through every step. We had only purchased homes in California until this transaction. South Dakota has some different business practices, but Debbie made sure to help us work through those. She is an expert in her business and we will be using her again in the future.
