She got us into a house before it hit the market, allowed us to negotiate without competitors, submitted an offer and then this is where she differs from every other agent we have dealt with from 3 previous houses in two states, she stuck with us all the way to the finish line! I mean, email, phone call, trips to the house and retrival of my wife's sweater that she left while getting measurements of the house (spoiler, denise got us in so we could start the reno planning early). Local trades people, Denise knows them and has ideas. Schools? Denise has feedback and first hand knowledge. It really was one of our better decisions and we can't recommend Denise highly enough.
