I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Seller reviewDerek made the selling experience seem easy. He was always there and I called him with question (I had many) and made sure to always answer my messages in a timely fashion. He was aggressive however not over aggressive. His experience really came through and showed during this sell. Even when things seemed to get rocky Derek kept his poise and calmed me down and got me the deal I wanted.
