I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Buyer reviewWhen we first met Derek, he was very friendly and respectful. He made sure he understood what we were looking for and what we wanted in a house. He stayed in constant communication with us from beginning to end. As new buyers, he was patient with our questions, and provided us with lots of information on everything we needed to know. If we didn't understand something, he explained it to us and never got bothered by our constant text messages and phone calls to him. He made sure to get us the best deal possible, and when I told him to do everything possible to get us our dream house, he went above and beyond (and succeeded)! Derek also met with a few contractors we hired to let them in the house to provide estimates, because we are not local buyers, so he met them for us, which really meant a lot and went above standards. I highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a house in the area, they will be in great hands with Derek. Thank you for giving us such a great experience as new home buyers!!
