I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Buyer reviewI got in touch with Derek through my loan agency. From the begging it was clear that he had tons of experience as a buyer agent (and seller agent). Buying a house in this seller market was crazy and challenging. Houses were pending just hours after hitting the market. Derek was able to help position us with our "love letter" and our offer and make it so we were able to offer just 5k over the highest offer and get our first house. It's beautiful and unique and we couldn't be more blessed. He was always available, polite and professional.
