We actually began working with a few different agents and walked away feeling hopeless and discouraged and not really understanding our options or our next step. Desiree was recommended to me by a friend when I was expressing my frustrations. I really didn't want to work with someone I knew from around town just because it's a small town and all the personal and financial information that is shared. From my first phone conversation with Desiree I knew I was in great hands. She made us feel like we were her only clients because she was so personal and available and understanding. Also her knowledge of the town and area was a huge benefit to this process. She is private, respectful and professional and I never felt anything but happy to be working with her. My only regret was that she was not the first person I contacted when considering home buying. She is a rockstar!

We would like to point out that the house sold in less than a week and we had multiple offers. All without any hiccups. Buyer reviewFirst impressions mean everything to me and I have dealt with several other agents having bought and sold homes previously. Desiree far surpassed any expectations and requirements I had in an agent. When someone says their agent has gone above and beyond that is too shy of a description in regards to Desiree Solis. This woman fought tooth and nail to get us into this home. At the very end of the closure of our loan we ran into a hurdle and she drove a two hour round-trip to help us with this. She did so happily she was constantly keeping me in the loop which is vital to me. There was never a text that did not get an immediate response or a phone call that did not either 99% have an answer or a quick call back. She knows the market like the back of her hand as well as has a plethora of resources at her fingertips. I plan on buying more homes and I will never work with another agent again so long as Desiree is in the business. For the record I am probably one of the most picky people I have ever met I have ridiculously high expectations so for me to have not only zero complaints but nothing but the best of kudos to offer you must know that I genuinely mean it. I have worked so hard with my family to accomplish these dreams of homeowning so when it comes to putting our trust into an agent it means everything to us. My children are so happy with their new home it literally is the perfect fit. This is a dream come true from start to finish I can never think Desiree enough. The team she works with is great also and getting our loan the low interest-rate everything. Her personality and demeanor is so joyful it's contagious. While she is a true professional she genuinely cares about your family and it shows her heart is in this with the clients she serves and she has been a huge blessing to us.
