As a lifelong resident of the Fredericksburg area, I am eager to help you sell or purchase your home. I am familiar with our area and feel fortunate to live in such a versatile and dynamic region. With over 34 years in corporate management, I have learned the importance of listening to my clients to determine their true needs. I live in Spotsylvania County with my wife and two teenage sons. As a life member of local volunteer fire and rescue companies, I believe in giving back to our community. Seller reviewI met Edward Windsor at an open house for another property and after taking to him and getting to know him, I decided I wanted to use him as my broker for my home sale. Eddie was professional at all times, but always friendly and very responsive to my questions and needs. I always felt that he was looking out for my best interests. He was always available when I needed to contact him. This was my first property sale and Eddie made it extremely smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Eddie and Century 21 Redwood. He was always patient and understanding and kept me up-to-date at all times. I truly believe that Eddie goes above and beyond for his clients and if I ever need a broker again in the future, he is who I will call.

Buyer reviewThere were some major issues with the property and Eddie went out of his way to make sure these problems were addressed correctly. He made sure I understood everything that was going on with this process no matter how small the detail or what questions I had he made sure that I knew about everything. This is one awesome person to have in your corner. You very lucky to have such a wonderful, caring person working for Century 21. I give him a 10 star rating. Something that is hard for a person to obtain since I believe no one is perfect. He is real close. Thank you Eddie for your time and patience with me.

He works hard and was always available when we needed him. He was very trustworthy, and all of the businesses her referred us to (for things like home inspection and mortgage) were just as attentive and excellent as he was. We felt safe and secure making our first home purchase thanks to Eddie!
