I am a full time Realtor® with both a CT and MA real estate license serving Hartford and Tolland Counties in CT and Hampden County in MA. Here is some information about my qualifications: I have over 30 years experience as a local real estate agent and am a lifelong resident of the area, licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts. In 2016, I won the Century 21 President's Award, which recognizes top sales producers along with pinnacle quality service as designated by my clients. In addition, I am a 13 time winner of Connecticut Magazine's 5 Star Agent, and am the Recipient of Realtor.com's Marketing Award of Excellence. For the last 5 years, I have been the top selling agent in our Enfield office. Clients will tell you I have a strong work ethic, and am results oriented. Seller reviewElaine was excellent. Our house sold in eight days and she was highly motivated to get it sold. We had six showings in the eight days before we went under contract. There was even a showing merely hours after the house was listed for sale. During such a busy time of our lives, Elaine made purchasing a house and selling a house at the same time very easy. It was done quickly and professionally. Elaine is always available for questions and is very punctual. She helped us buy a house and sell a house in a short time frame that included our wedding and honeymoon, and everything was extremely smooth.
