The native Michigander Eric traveled nearly a decade in various ski towns throughout the mountain west. Eric then went on sail as a merchant mariner for some years on the S.S. Alpena where he was introduced to Alpena and the amazing surrounding area in northeastern Michigan. Eric and his family moved to Presque Isle in 2019 and have been absolutely delighted with the pristine landscape and welcoming community. Eric has had an enthusiasm for real estate as long as he can remember and a passion for helping others which makes him a perfect fit for your real estate needs. He is looking forward to meeting so many new people/friends and helping them navigate their real estate goals.

Buyer reviewIt was a learning curve at first as this was our first home purchase with a realtor. After not understanding some of the fine lines or how the realtor world works, Eric was paired to us by the purchase agreement when submitting our first offer. It didn't go well at first but Eric stepped up and was able to get it done. Eric was professional and answered any questions or concerns we had along the way. If Eric, didn't know the answer, he'd find it. Overall we had a good experience and landed the house we wanted. Eric is relatively newer to the area but appears to enjoy the strong roots of the local community. Again, overall well done and I appreciated his help and efforts as we got into our new home a few months ago.

I believe he went above and beyond that of a normal realtor with phone calls, emails and text messages to keep us well informed of the status of the sale on our house.
