Seller reviewSome of these aspects of sales might have been excellent, but Eric did such a great job of handling this long drawn out process of getting the will probated in New Mexico that I don't really know the answers to these points. I just let him handle the sale. He kept us informed and up dated along the way.

Buyer reviewI spoke with Eric on the phone and he was very knowledgeable and was very willing to take his time on the weekend before Christmas to show me some properties. I had a very good impression of Eric from our phone call and he spent most of the afternoon with me. He not only is a very good realtor but a good tour guide because Eric drove me by a huge herd of Elk and then when showing me the area around the condo we saw wild horses and deer. It was an awesome afternoon! Eric is awesome in every area. He is always available either in person, or on the phone.

Buyer reviewWorking with Eric was like having your best friend show you houses. He quickly and easily got to know us and what we were looking for. He was patient and never pushy with us. We drove up to a couple houses and didn't even get out because we "just knew" it was not the one. Eric was okay with this and never made us feel guilty for dragging him all over Ruidoso. I would recommend him to anyone. He is willing to take chances even in a tough market. Eric would provide his thoughts, but in the end understand where we were with our thoughts and final decision.
